Growing vegetables? Indoors? Is that even possible? Yes it is! Question is, is it possible to grow an amount big enough to feed a family of three? Follow my experiment in this blog

Hi! That's a big tomato plant! You'll have to make lots of tomato sauce in September. You're on my links list I'm starting.
PlantBuddy.
I am sure it will be tasty!!
Plantbuddy: That's the smaller one of my two plants. They keep trying to lift off the growlights... Thanks for the add.
Lets plant: It'll probably be even if tastes bad :) The tomato I got it from was a bit bland, which is a bad sign, but I hope this had more to do with how commersial growers handle their crops (I got the seed from a tomato bought at the mall) than the tomato itself.
Well done. i have just bought some tomato plants to give me a head start. 6 varieties! What variety is yours?

*Ahem* (blush), the mall variety. I got the seed from a cherry tomato I bought at Coop*, so the only thing that makes it special (appart from being grown on my windowsill) is that the 'mother' was ecologically grown.
