Thrips and fungusgnats are really trying it...

My oilseed pumpkin has been eaten. Soon, I say, soooooooooon, I'll have money to buy some biological antidotes*. The they'll get it!

*Or should that be "dotes"...?

Antidotes is correct. I don't know if there is a "dotes," except for the verb, which has nothing to do with this word. It's like "overwhelm." You are never just whelmed, you're always overwhelmed. Language is weird.

I am very sorry for your loss, Rosengeranium. I was very very much looking forward to seeing how your pumpkins did, too see the indoor feasibility of them.

I hope you can get nematodes soon! I don't know how long they take... My fungus gnats are still thriving, so more than just a few nights, definitely.

Apparently it takes three weeks before the nematodes 'win'. Keep on reporting!

Oh jeez, three WEEKS? Sigh... Okay, fine. I overdosed, so I hope that doesn't mess anything up. The smallest amount I could get is for about 300 square feet--I only have 15 or so, but I used most of the container. hehee....

I think you're about to get some very hungry nematodes and that it may speed up the process a bit. There's always a silverlining :)
